To promote responsible gaming, the Casino provides users with access to two self-restriction tools: Cooling-off and Self-exclusion. These tools allow users to restrict access to gaming activities under the applicable conditions and for the selected period.
Regardless of the selected self-restriction tool, access to certain Account features will be restricted for the duration of the selected period. In particular, deposits, access to games, real-money gaming, bonus exchange, cashback claims, activation of bonus offers and bonus codes will be unavailable. In addition, accrual of Rakeback, the monthly bonus, and rewards provided under bonus promotions will be suspended for the entire restriction period if the promotion requirements have not been fulfilled before the self-restriction was activated (including insurance promotions or promotions with gaming activity requirements), as well as for promotions awaiting reward accrual.
Cooling-off and Self-exclusion differ in their duration and in the procedure for restoring access to the Account. Once the Cooling-off period expires, access is restored automatically. If Self-exclusion is applied, access to the Account will only be restored after confirmation by the user.
The Casino accepts no responsibility for the inability to participate in bonus promotions, use bonus codes, exchange bonuses or take advantage of other special offers if their validity period expires while self-restriction is in effect.
