INTRODUCTION

  • 1.1.   • 2.2. The Website is operated by NETGLOBE SERVICES LIMITED, acting as a payment processor, a company registered in Cyprus under company registration number НЕ 313864, having its registered address at 79 Spyrou Kyprianou Avenue, Protopapas Building, 2nd floor, office 201, 3076 Limassol, Cyprus.

3. CHANGE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • 3.1. The Casino reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions.
  • 3.2. The updated Terms and Conditions take effect in 2 weeks after they has been announced on the Website, and for the Player - from the moment he/she confirms his/her acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions. The date and time of the announcement is indicated above the Terms and Conditions.
  • 3.3. The Website will be available to the Player in limited mode until confirmation of consent for the Terms and Conditions.
  • 3.4. If the Player does not agree with the amended Terms and Conditions, he/she may choose to discontinue using the products and services before the said update shall become effective and/or apply for account closure.
  • 3.5. Amendments related to performance Casino’s obligations in AML/CFT become effective from the date they were published on the Website.

4. LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

4.1. You can use the services provided on the Website only if you are at least 18 years old and have full civil legal capacity. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you have full legal capacity and have reached the age of 18 and the minimum age required by the laws of the country in which you are located and reside. Further, without limitation to the above, access to the Casino Website may be restricted from certain territories and formations, which are not recognized by Republic of Cyprus (i.e. DPR, LPR, Republic of Abkhazia, Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Republic of South Ossetia etc) and other states and territories whose legislation prohibits gambling for money.
4.5. Game providers can define their own list of Prohibited Countries and restrict the Player's access to their games in these countries at their discretion. Game providers may also restrict use of cryptocurrencies for their games. The Game Rules are an integral part of these Terms and Conditions, which the Player must comply with.
4.6. The list of Prohibited Countries is not exhaustive. The casino reserves the right to make changes to the list of the aforementioned countries without prior notice.
4.7. The use of VPNs, proxies, or any other services by the Player to mask their IP address in order to access the Casino Website and / or games, bypassing the list of restricted countries outlined in Clause 4.4 of these Terms and Conditions, constitutes a violation of these Terms and Conditions and is strictly prohibited.
4.8. The Player confirms that the funds deposited into the gaming account do not have criminal and / or illegal and / or prohibited origin, and the Player is their legal owner. 4.9.2. deliberate loss;
4.9.3. falsification of any data provided by the Player;
4.9.4. entering into or attempted collusion and / or intent to directly or indirectly participate in any conspiracy scheme with other player(s) to commit acts that may lead to a violation of these Terms and Conditions;
4.9.5. providing documents that are falsified, stolen or otherwise questionable;
4.9.6. use of automated players ("bots"), malware and / or vulnerabilities in the software of the Website;
4.9.7. using VPN, proxy or other services to mask the IP address.
4.10. The Casino is not responsible for any loss or any damage suffered by the Player as a result of collusion, fraudulent activities and / or other illegal transactions.
4.11. The player agrees that he uses the services provided by the Casino solely at his own decision and at his own peril and risk and agrees not to complain about the Casino in connection with his losses, damage and / or failure associated with the use of the Casino services.
4.12. The Casino is not responsible for any damage or loss that the Player or third parties may incur due to any disruptions in the use of information technology caused by attacks, viruses or other technologically harmful materials, use of the Website and / or downloading any materials posted on the Website and / or opening any links that are on the Casino's Website.
4.13. The player fully understands the general methods, rules, and procedures for the provision of services and games on the Internet. 4.16. It is forbidden to use offensive, aggressive means of communication or images, use profanity, threats, humiliating or violent actions towards other player(s) and / or employees of the Casino.
4.17. The Player has no right to upload information to the Website in such quantity that may cause disruptions in the operation of the Casino Website. In addition, the Player is not allowed to perform any other actions that may affect the operation of the Website. Any mass mailing of information or "spam" is strictly prohibited. 4.18. The Player agrees not to hack, try to hack and / or gain access, or in any other way bypass the security system of the Casino. If the Casino has reason to suspect that the Player has attempted or is trying to hack, access or otherwise bypass the security system or the Casino software, the Player will be asked to stop such actions. The Casino reserves the right to block the Player's gaming account until the end of the investigation and inform the competent authorities or organizations about the Player's actions.
4.19. The Casino has the right to check and / or audit the bets placed by the Player. 5.3. Sanctions and PEP Screening Procedure

5.4. Player deposit
  • The player is only entitled to deposit money using approved payment systems submitted to the regulatory authority, which are processed using the approved payment provider JSC 'JOZZ'. Cash deposit at JOZZ is not allowed.

5.5. Payment administration procedures
  • The first withdrawals of funds, regardless of the amount, are not accepted until the completion of the KYC, PEP, AML procedures.
  • Withdrawal requests are not processed until the uploaded documents sent by the Player are verified and approved by JOZZ.
  • Withdrawals are only possible to the same account through which the deposit was made. The exception is when players make a deposit, for example, using a MasterCard. Since MasterCard, for example, does not accept payments back to the card, withdrawals can only be made using a method other than the method used to fund the account. The JOZZ staff who will make the payment must ensure that the bank account or method used belongs to the Player to reduce the risk of money laundering. Please note that in this case you are not allowed to use a payment method that was issued in a country that is on the Strategic Restricted Jurisdictions List.
  • Cash withdrawals are not allowed.
5.6. Anti money laundering procedures
  • You are not allowed to transfer funds from one player's account to another player's account, as this may lead to money laundering activities.
  • Checking for money laundering activities is very important and therefore the player's activities are constantly monitored. The Company maintains internal records of all transactions and performs ongoing reviews to identify unusual patterns or deviations from typical behaviour.
  • The Player's templates are constantly analyzed to detect fraud or problematic games. These include deposit templates and game templates. 5.7. Legal and Regulatory Compliance
  • This policy has been developed in accordance with the applicable legislation of Curaçao and the regulatory standards established by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board.
  • Specifically, we comply with:
  • the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (LOK) (entered into force on 24 December 2024),
  • the National Ordinance on the Reporting of Unusual Transactions (NORUT) (P.B. 2017, no. 99; amended June 2024),
  • the National Ordinance on Identification when Rendering Services (NOIS) (P.B. 2017, no. 92; amended June 2024),
  • the Sanctions National Ordinance,
  • and the Curacao Gaming Control Board, Regulations for the combating of Money Laundering, the Financing of Terrorism and Proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, last update January 2025.
  • In addition, the Company considers relevant international standards such as the FATF Recommendations, the CFATF, and guidance from the European Commission.
  • In accordance with regulatory obligations, the Company is duly registered with the goAML reporting platform operated by the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) of Curaçao, as part of its commitment to ensuring compliance with applicable anti-money laundering legislation.

6. REGISTRATION ON THE WEBSITE

  • 6.1. To access the games, the Player should register on the Casino Website, providing his real name and surname and email address along with other necessary personal data (as defined in our Privacy Policy) and choose a username and password, which will be used to login and game account. The player should provide data as described in our Privacy Policy. All personal data relating to the Player collected by the Casino during the registration process or during the Player's use of the services provided by the Casino will be recorded and used only in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • 6.2. The Casino will process your personal data (as defined in our Privacy Policy) from the moment you register on our Website. Due to legal and regulatory requirements (for example, licensing requirements and anti-money laundering regulations), your personal data is processed and stored for as long as you are registered with the Casino or as long as required by relevant laws and / or regulations or other licensing requirements (for example, at least 5 years after the deletion of the game account).
  • 6.3. We, together with external third parties that provide services to the Casino, may use personal data provided during the registration process or later. However, these third parties may only use your personal data for the same purposes as the Casino and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.   • 6.4. Only 1 (one) game account can be registered on the Casino Website for one player, IP, postal address, computer or any other device.
  • 6.5. When registering on the Website, the Player undertakes to provide reliable and true information about himself / herself. In order to confirm the information provided by the Player, the Casino has the right to request verification at any time by asking the Player to provide relevant identity document(s) (including, but not limited to, a copy / photo of the Player's ID / ID cards / or any payment card(s) used with Player’s name on it). An example of such a case would be when the sum of deposits and withdrawals has exceeded the threshold of $2,200 (two thousand two hundred USD). In case the Player does not provide the requested copies / photos of the identity documents requested by the Casino, the provided information is deemed to be unverified / false. It is the violation of these Terms and Conditions and can be interpreted by Casino as fraudulent activities.
  • 6.6. The player confirms that when registering on the Casino website, he provided accurate, complete, and reliable information about himself, and in case of any changes he undertakes to update and / or change this information. Failure to comply with this requirement may lead to the blocking of the Player's game account.
  • 6.7. Duplicate game accounts. It is not allowed to create a duplicate of the game account. Re-registration of another game account is allowed only with the consent of the Casino in case of loss of data for access to an active game account by the Player or for any other reason that the Player must immediately inform the Casino. In case of re-registration or attempt to re-register, the Casino has the right to block or close all or any game accounts registered under the Player's name. The casino, at its sole discretion, may declare void all bets placed on the duplicate gaming account. In the event that the Casino decides to allow the Player to continue to use the services of the Casino, the accounts will be abolished so that the Player has only one (1) active game account, to which the game balance will be transferred from duplicate game accounts created by the Player.
  • 6.8. The decision on the return of funds that may be on the bonus or real balance of the duplicate gaming account is taken by the Casino unilaterally. Only the last deposits are subject to refund and only with a positive balance. Request processing time - 72 hours. The maximum return period is 120 days.
  • 6.9. The Casino does not accept requests for the return of any funds and / or initial deposits from a duplicate gaming account if it was opened deliberately to receive bonuses and / or other promotional offers from the Casino or to return the initial deposit placed by the Player. In addition, if the Casino determines that the duplicate game account was created with the intent to defraud the Casino, the initial deposits will not be returned to the Player.
  • 6.10. For the avoidance of doubt, the Casino Website does not allow registration of gaming account(s) for legal entities.

7. PLAYER PERSONAL CONFIRMATION

  • 7.1. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, the Player grants the Casino the right to periodically verify the identity and contact information of the Player ("Verification") both based on the decision of the Casino and at the request of a third party (for example, a regulatory body).
  • 7.2. During the check, the Casino may restrict the withdrawal of funds by the Player from his game account.
