Cashback is calculated based on the volume of bets placed from the real balance over a 7-day billing period, minus winnings, real balance accruals, and unfinished rounds. The cashback amount depends on the player's current status.
Cashback percentages for each player status:
Rookie — 5%;
Player — 7%;
Pro — 10%;
Expert — 12%;
Master — 15%.
Every Saturday at 00:00 UTC, the system calculates your current cashback amount. It is calculated cumulatively across all your currency accounts.
Cashback is available in your personal account under "Balances". Throughout the week, players can track the progress of their cashback accumulation and the estimated future cashback amount. Until the final calculation on Saturday at 00:00 UTC, this amount may change depending on the player's actions on the platform. After calculation, the accrued cashback can be claimed in this same section and will be credited to your bonus balance with a wagering requirement depending on your status:
Rookie — ×5;
Player — ×5;
Pro — ×4;
Expert — ×3;
Master — ×3.
The accrued bonus amount can be wagered within 14 days of accrual at a conversion rate of ×1. If you don't claim your current cashback before the new one is credited, the current one will be forfeited and replaced by the next cashback.
The minimum withdrawal amount is USD 1.00 or equivalent.
